Our courses work on computers, laptops, and tablets. Mobile phones aren't recommended due to the small screen size.

Can I complete my course on a mobile phone?

What level of language, literacy, and numeracy skills do I need?

Training recognised across Australia. Completion earns a Statement of Attainment that counts towards further qualifications.

I only have one name. How do I fix my USI information?

If you are under 18, we require a parent or guardian to give consent for us to issue your statement of attainment to you.

Why do I need parental consent?

Depending on your course type, you may be eligible for a 7 day course extension at an extra fee. Contact us before your course expires.

My course expires soon and I haven't completed it. What do I do?

The name on your student registration doesn't match your USI account. Log in to USI to review and update your details before contacting us.

Why is my student registration showing that my name does not match my USI records?

Contact us to provide your updated address. Ensure this is done before you complete your course.

I've moved. How do I update my address?

There is no minimum age to complete our courses. Students under 18 require parent or guardian consent for your certificate to be issued to you.
