I'm stuck on a security question in my course. What do I do?

Security questions inside your course are identity checkpoints set up at enrolment. If your answer is being rejected, contact our support team to verify your identity and unlock your progress.

Some of our courses include security questions at certain points between lessons. These are identity checkpoints used to confirm that the person completing the course is the person enrolled, which is a requirement for nationally recognised training.

These in-course security questions are different from:

  • Your account password (used to log in)

  • USI security questions (managed by the USI Registry)

If your answer is being rejected and you can't continue, contact our Support Team. Only Support can verify your identity and do what is necessary so you can continue.
