How do I make a complaint or lodge an appeal?

Lodge a complaint or appeal using the form on our forms page. You'll receive a written acknowledgement and resolution where possible.

To lodge a complaint or appeal:

  1. Download and complete the Complaints or Appeals Form from our forms page at foodsafetyfirst.com.au/forms

  2. Scan the form and email it to [email protected]

  3. You'll receive acknowledgement that your enquiry was received

  4. We will review your complaint or appeal and seek a resolution where possible
