How to check your assessment status:
Log in to your course portal
Open your course page
Click on "Assessment Status"
Confirm that every required assessment item shows as completed or submitted
If you've submitted your assessment but haven't heard back:
Our team only begins the review process once all assessment items for your course have been completed and submitted. If you've been waiting for several days, the most likely reason is that one or more items are still outstanding.
What to do next:
Use the Assessment Status check above to identify any incomplete items
Complete and submit any remaining assessment items
Recheck your assessment status after submission
Once all items are complete, your assessment will enter the review queue
Note: Our team works Monday to Friday, so submissions received over the weekend or outside business hours will be reviewed the following business day.
