The SHARPR link is sent after an RSA Victoria course has been marked as satisfactory and is typically received within 24 hours of the statement of attainment being issued.
The link is sent directly from Liquor Control Victoria (LCV).
If you have received your Statement of Attainment, but not your SHARPR link check:
that it has been at least 24 hours since you received course completion confirmation
your spam/junk email folder
that you are checking the correct email account as the link will be sent to the account you used to register for your course
Note: If you have not received your Statement of Attainment, check your course progress with the "Assessment Status" link available on your course page to ensure all assessment items have been completed.
