If you've completed a Food Safety Supervisor course with us outside NSW and you'd like to upgrade to NSW certification, you may be able to do so within 90 days of your original course completion.
To be eligible for the NSW upgrade pathway:
Your original Food Safety Supervisor course must have been completed with us in the Hospitality or Retail industry stream (NSW does not recognise other streams for FSS certification purposes).
It must have been completed within the last 90 days.
