Once your submission has been received, it is placed in a queue to be reviewed by one of our assessors. This process typically takes one to two business days, depending on current submission volumes.
If there are any issues with your submission, an assessor will reach out to you directly via email to help you get the matter resolved.
Once your submission has been reviewed and marked as satisfactory, your Statement of Attainment will be emailed to you automatically. Please note that this email is sometimes delivered to your junk or spam folder, so be sure to check there if you do not see it in your inbox.
If you completed the NSW Food Safety Supervisor course, you will also receive an NSW certificate number by email and a printed certificate by post (required by NSW Food Authority). See When will I receive my NSW Food Safety Supervisor Certificate? for the full process and posting timelines.
For all other courses and states, the digital Statement of Attainment is the recognised document. No separate printed certificate is issued.
If you paid for Express Certification, your submission is reviewed as a priority (typically within one business day of complete materials). Express Certification does not change postage time for printed NSW certificates.
