The number of quiz attempts you have depends on the course and the type of quiz.
End-of-lesson quizzes (most courses): five attempts each. You need to score 100% to unlock the next lesson. If you've used all five attempts, email us with your name and student ID. A support team member will reset your access at no charge.
Final exam — RSA Victoria: three attempts only, in line with Liquor Control Victoria requirements. If you do not pass within three attempts, you'll need to re-enrol in the course.
